The beco pull buoy junior in blue/white is an ideal tool for children and teenagers to use during swimming training. You use the pull buoy as a leg float during swimming training so that you can effectively train the arm muscles and improve the swimming stroke technique. You place the pull buoy between the thighs and clamp it securely between the legs. This keeps the legs afloat bringing you into a horizontal position. Because the legs are blocked they can no longer generate propulsion and you swim using only your arms. You can now train specifically to strengthen the arm muscles and improve the swimming technique of the arm stroke.
