For both the inside and outside, 30d 350t Nylon is used, a very fine, light, breathable 100% nylon fiber that simultaneously achieves sufficient strength and flexibility. Due to this, the material is effectively resistant to cracks or other mechanical damage. The material is water-repellent and also suitable for low temperatures, as it has good thermal insulation properties.
As a filling for this sleeping bag, duck feathers were used. These are among the highest quality natural filling materials. Strengths of duck down are its superior thermal insulation properties, very low weight and good compressibility of the filling, which allows you to have a small volume when packing. And thereby maintaining a long service life. Due to all these advantages, it meets high requirements that are also necessary for mainly winter sleeping bags. In down sleeping bags, down is mixed with small feathers. Fabric springs have an insulating function and small springs guarantee the so-called LOFT effect, i.e. the breathability. In the case of springs, a cuin unit is also mentioned. This value determines the maximum capacity of the springs to fill the volume. The higher this value, the better the filling.
