Kentucky Under Horse Blanket Skin Friendly Tiny – Soft Warmth in a Tiny Format
Small in size. Grand in comfort. Developed for minis who deserve the same quality as sport horses.
About this stable rug
The Kentucky Under Horse Blanket Skin Friendly Tiny is a good solution when your miniature horse, Shetland pony, or foal needs extra warmth without compromising comfort or freedom of movement. This underblanket is specifically designed for small builds and sensitive skin. Not a modified pony blanket, but a true tiny fit.
Are you already using a turnout rug or stable blanket and want to easily add an extra insulating layer? Then this is the suitable intermediate layer.
Why you should choose this underblanket for your mini:
• Do you have a pony with sensitive or clipped skin?
The artificial rabbit fur feels extremely soft and helps prevent rubs, friction, and hair loss.
• Do you want extra warmth without overheating?
The 150g filling combined with the airy lining retains body heat while remaining breathable. Comfortable, even during longer wear times.
• Are you tired of underblankets shifting?
The anatomical tiny cut ensures that the blanket fits snugly and stays in place – without belly or leg straps.
• Do you like to work with layers during the changing seasons?
Thanks to the smooth polyester outer material, this underblanket slides effortlessly under a stable or turnout rug, without creases or extra pressure points.
• Are you looking for quality specifically for minis?
Kentucky developed this blanket entirely to fit miniature horses and Shetland ponies – no compromise in fit or finish.
Maddelin's tip: Unsure about the temperature? Work with layers. This 150g underblanket gives you flexibility without having to buy multiple heavy blankets.
